How NDIS Funds SDA for Participants

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funds SDA under the following conditions:

  • Participants must have extreme functional impairments or very high support needs.
  • SDA funding is included in the participant’s NDIS plan if they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • The funding covers the cost of the dwelling, but participants still need to pay rent and utilities.
